New Pendo Admin Certification is live!
Earlier this week we rolled out the new Pendo Academy, our redesigned learning hub built on a new LMS, and with it, a fully updated Admin Certification.
Key updates include:
• A new three-course journey. Build, scale, and optimize your Pendo program with confidence, from setup and governance to analytics and data storytelling.
• A hands-on admin toolkit. Downloadable planners and worksheets help you apply best practices right inside your subscription. These include tools for goal alignment, data strategy, guide planning, and more.
• An updated exam and knowledge checks. Reinforce your learning as you go, then validate your skills with a refreshed certification exam.
We want to extend a huge thank you to the Pendo admins who met with us and helped shape this experience with their thoughtful feedback on their own experiences.
