About this event

The latest virtual PUG meetup for DFW will focus on meeting other Pendo users and learning from each other about how we are using Pendo guides, segments, and reports. Liz Feller will also go through the successful governance/CoE model at Nelnet Business Services and their guide request > review > publish process, which was a presentation at Pendomonium 2021. Whether it's overcoming a particular challenge, using Pendo more deeply, or setting up a guide or report for the first time, let's get together to chat and get the best tips and tricks!

The Secret Sauce to Managing Guides at Scale	From Pendomonium 2021: see how NBS' In App Help Administrator built a series of simple tools and set expectations for guide request intake, approvals, and internal communication that improved collaboration and awareness of guide content and volume while still shipping on time. Using a feature release and a training opportunity as examples, see how all departments and teams get what they need without a large time investment or having too many cooks in the kitchen.
9:45 PM	Ask Anything	This is the perfect time to learn from one another, show off your latest awesome guide or report, and figure out tricky segment rules or "why isn't this working" issues.
